OUR CULTURE

The pandemic made us take a deep breath and think about what is important to us and how we can better balance our job and our values.

What we spend most of the day doing should fulfill us and move ourselves and others forward. Since we founders come from the music industry and professional football, we start exactly where we know our stuff.

How can we create more diverse perspectives in these domains and decode the codes of culture for brands and make them part of it?

This is how BNB came into being.

BNB is the short form of Bisso Na Bisso, which is Lingala and means “From us, for us”.

Just like you may have never heard the word Lingala 1 minute ago, we will decode the lingo, aesthetics and values of street culture with you. BNB sees itself not only as an agency, but much more as a cultural movement.

We welcome anyone who wants to be part of this movement to tell stories that matter.

We believe in diversity as a superpower.

The diverse perspectives in our team are an important innovation driver in BNB’s DNA.

DIVERSITY FIRST 💪🏿

01

We are not all-rounders. We rely on a small, agile collective made up of culture experts. Everyone has their discipline. What connects us is our love for street culture.
